At Tribeca Spa of Tranquility, your appointments are very important to us. We reserve time specifically for you. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the following policy:

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time slot to other guests.

• Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50 per scheduled service.

No-Shows

• If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your credit card on file will be charged a $50 fee per scheduled service.

• If you arrive past the 15-minute grace period (detailed below), this is considered a "No-Show" and the same fee applies.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen, but we must keep our schedule running smoothly for all clients.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will be unable to perform your service.

• This will be considered a "No-Show" and will result in a $50 fee per scheduled service.

Booking & Credit Cards

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointment reservations. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Tribeca Spa of Tranquility to charge your card according to the terms of the cancellation and no-show policy outlined above.
